1. What information do we collect?
Message Data:
We store the messages sent in an Interview Channel created by Clash Recruiter bot with commands. This is to provide you with a transcript of the conversation in the channel when the channel is closed/deleted. This can be used for future references by the server admins. This feature is available only to our Patrons. The bot uses message data for the setup command. The bot collects the input data from the user for the questions that the bot asks to setup the server for modules. This is a core function, without which the bot will not be able to perform to its fullest potential.
For every interview channel created, proper consent will be given to the user that their message data sent in the channel will be collected.
Server Data:
We collect the following server data to store your configurations for the bot in our database and may use it for certain commands:
- Server Name
- Server ID
- Server Icon
User Data:
We collect the following user data and may use it to display certain responses to commands sent by the user:
- Username
- User ID
- User Avatar
2. How is your data stored?
We store all data in a secured MongoDB Atlas hosted by MongoDB. No one will be able to access the data except for the discord bot owner. Your data is safe with us!
3. Will your information be shared with anyone?
No third party services have access to your information.
4. How long do we keep your information?
All message data collected for transcripts in an interview channel will be deleted immediately after the interview is closed. The transcript will be sent to the user who created the interview in Direct Messages or in a Log Channel (if set).
All other data will be stored as long as the discord bot functions in the discord server or is being used by the discord user.
5. What are your Privacy Rights?
You have complete freedom to delete your data or edit your data from our database. No further data will be collected if you decide to not allow the bot to collect them. You can edit or delete your data with the help of the discord bot. Check out our Documentation for further help.
6. Children’s Policy
We do not address anyone below the age of 13. If we find anyone’s data being stored and if they are below 13, we will delete the data immediately.
7. Do we make updates to this notice?
In short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
